Asphalt Production/Plants
Pearson Construction, LLC is growing! Our immediate need includes all areas of Asphalt.
Some of what we’re looking for:
Asphalt Plant Manager –
Do you want to manage an Asphalt Plant? Do you thrive in an environment where attention to detail and precision are crucial?
- Knowledge of asphalt plant
- Provide oversight and guidance to plant personnel, such as Foremen, Loader/Operators, and Technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship.
- Coordinate and assist all plant personnel, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Asphalt Plant Foreman –
Are you good at supervising and leading a crew? Do you have effective communication skills and enjoy jumping in and helping your team?
- Knowledge of asphalt plant
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of the crew.
- Prioritize, delegate, and perform all work by also keeping safety as priority.
- Record daily time, production, and site conditions.
- Schedule maintenance for all equipment with shop manager.
- Continually inspect works site by surveying for potential hazards or safety concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
