Construction Welder
The Pearson Construction welding department is responsible for welding to maintain the heavy equipment fleet, as well as fabricating any specialty products for sites. A successful candidate will have basic welding knowledge. On the job training available for the right candidate.
General Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Perform all tasks in a safe and professional manner.
- Act as a responsible team member, following directions, always being ready to help and learn.
- Communicate well with team members and supervisor.
- Perform a variety of tasks and duties that may change often as the work conditions require.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to use arms and hand to reach for, handle and manipulate objects.
- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
- Good communication skills to work effectively and safely.
- Willingness to work hard and learn.
- Ability to work overtime, as required.
